Transitional Learning Center
The Transitional Learning Center (TLC) at UPS began operations on September 14, 2014. Located within Worldport, the main Air Hub for UPS’s global transportation network, consumers participate in a two week Training Program in a simulated work environment before having the ability to transition to regular employment as a UPS Package Handler. UPS currently employs over 100 Package Handlers as a direct result of Coalition Agency referrals, with many having been trained through the TLC.
