In 2024-2025, Coalition Forward expanded to four more regional sites throughout Kentucky. Each new chapter is listed below. You can refer back here for more information throughout the year.

Our Florence Coalition started meeting in September 2024.
We launched another new Coalition in Henderson in January, with the generous help of Henderson Community College’s Workforce Solutions!
We started meetings in Morehead and Somerset in February!

We have 4 main goals with this project:
1. Increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities all across Kentucky.
2. Provide solutions for employers looking to expand their workforce.
3. Increase placement rates for service providers working with job seekers.
4. Provide a local forum for employers and community partners to share best practices, ask questions, and find solutions.
