Note: A book entitled Dive In: A Springboard into the Profitability, Productivity, and Potential of the Special Needs Workforce by Nadine O. Vogel is a great resource for recruiters and managers. It focuses on the “special needs workforce” but covers some powerful benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
