In 2024-2025, the Coalition for Workforce Diversity is expanding to four regional sites throughout Kentucky. Each new chapter will be listed on this page as it is formed. You can refer back here for more information throughout the year.

Regional Coalitions are opening up all over Kentucky!
Our Florence Coalition started meeting in September 2024.
We are excited to launch another new Coalition in Henderson in January.
We are coming to Morehead and Somerset in February.

We have 4 main goals with this project:
1. Increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities all across Kentucky.
2. Provide solutions for employers looking to expand their workforce.
3. Increase placement rates for service providers working with job seekers.
4. Provide a local forum for employers and community partners to share best practices, ask questions, and find solutions.
